Pre-Orders

  • A pre-order is the advance purchase of a product that is not yet available for dispatch. When you place a pre-order, you agree to pay for the item at the time of ordering. Payment is taken immediately upon order confirmation, and delivery will occur at the estimated future date specified in the product description or checkout process.
  • All pre-order delivery dates are estimates and subject to reasonable change. You have the right to cancel your pre-order at any time prior to dispatch and to receive a full refund. 
  • Estimated shipping dates are noted in the product description though may be subject to change.If you would like to cancel a pre-order item before dispatch, please email hello@anglorehouse.com. 
  • Once the item is shipped tracking information will be sent via email.

Shipping

  • We currently only accept UK orders. Information on EU orders and our stockists will be announced in due course.
  • Products will be shipped via Royal Mail. The shipping and handling fees will be noted in the checkout process. 
  • We aim to process and ship orders on available products within 7 business days (for pre-orders, 7 business days from print date). Products will ship via Royal Mail. 
  • Any orders on available items placed at the weekends or over holidays will be processed starting the next business day. 
  • Items shipped internationally may be subject to custom duties or VAT (Value Added Tax) set by the destination countries. Customers are responsible for the payment of these duties and taxes for the delivery of your order.
