Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’re delighted with your purchases from Anglore House, but if something is amiss, here is our policy on returns and exchanges: 

  • We accept returns or exchanges on damaged magazines on printed goods. Please email hello@anglorehouse.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the damage. We can then start the process of refund or exchange.
  • We are unable to offer refunds if we are not notified within the 14-day window. 
  • Returned items must be in original condition.
  • You have the right to cancel your pre-order at any time prior to dispatch and to receive a full refund, to start this process please email hello@anglorehouse.com 
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
